I am Jan Osman, qualified BA (Hon) in Interior Architecture. I have obtained an extensive range of creative skills over the years, ranging from architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations and model making, gaining huge experience and knowledge through the design process.
 
Fundamentally, I aim to work with functional spaces creating welcoming, empowering, connected, and a comfortable environment, with the use of colours, materials and textures. The right design always has an impact, especially on the human mind generating happiness. So, where better to achieve this then our homes and places of work where we spend most of our time.
 
Designing with the deliberate objective of including a functional space, followed by beauty, is essential to ones emotional wellness. Creating these spaces undoubtedly plays a significant role in a person’s health. Collaboration is how the best results can be achieved. My role is to support my clients with choices and fully guide them with my experience, establishing a two way process with effective communication throughout the service obtained. 
 
In my experience, customer satisfaction is achieved through empowering the client by including them in the decision making process. Exploring their values, personal circumstances, life style choices, as well as their restrictions, is imperative when developing the initial objectives.
 
In additional to working with contemporary structures, I have a passion for period buildings, cottages and farmhouses, which are a particular interest to me. Pink Designs can modernise these buildings without sacrificing the character of the old.  We look to offer exclusive and sophisticated services by restoring and preserving the best of the old and the grand design.
